How To create a link from your Website here on the Trunity Universal Website Platform ("Trunity UWP") to a Facebook page.
Obtain a Facebook logo image.
The official Facebook logo is available in the Facebook Pressroom.
You may also create a "badge" for your Facebook page and use that image.
(Login to Facebook then navigate to www.facebook.com/badges.php.)
You may also choose to use any other image you find or create.
Obtain the URL or Web-address for the Facebook page you want to link to.
Login to the Trunity UWP and navigate to your Trunity UWP Website homepage.
Locate "Edit Website Info" in the My Toolbox right-sidebar menu on your Trunity UWP Website homepage.
Once you are at the Edit Website Info page, scroll down until you see Website Description and the Editor buttons immediately below that.
Place your cursor at the position on your Website where you want to put the link to Facebook.
Select the "Insert/Edit Image" button in the Editor window. (Second row, yellow icon.)
Select the "Upload" tab in the Editor window, and select Browse to locate the image file on your computer. Once you've selected the image file, click on "Send it to the server" and click on OK when the upload is completed.
Select the "Link" tab in the Editor window. Insert the URL for the Facebook page you are linking to.
Select the "Image Info" tab in the Editor window. Adjust the image size, select a border option, and do other taks as appropriate. Once those are complete, click OK and the image will be added to your content.
This procedure also works for adding and linking an image on any content (articles, blogs, news, etc.) within the Trunity UWP.
